These Terms and Conditions apply to 1913 Gu Lang Yu Online Ordering website theforagecafe.sg. Please read this statement carefully before ordering. By accessing our site and initiating transactions, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and our terms of use policy.

Services

1913 Gu Lang Yu Online Ordering is available for Walk-in and Delivery. Walk-in service availability vary depending on the operating hours of the outlets. For a list of operating hours of our outlets, please refer to the following:

The Forage Cafe @ Pari Burong
Operating hours: 8am - 10pm daily

The Forage Cafe @ Summerview Hotel
Operating hours: 7.30am - 10pm daily

Delivery service is available daily from 9:00am to 9:00pm to a valid address in Singapore. Same day delivery will apply to orders made by 2pm, order following that will be scheduled for next day delivery. 

Surcharges apply for every delivery order. Surcharge amount depends on the delivery area, and the list can be found at the bottom of this section. We do not deliver to the following areas: Jurong Island, Sentosa, Tuas. To ensure the safety of our riders, delivery service may be temporarily unavailable at selected areas or delivery timing may be affected due to bad weather, traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the rights to reject any order delivery. Below is the list of our surcharge rates:

Menu & Pricing

Prices and information are effective immediately and subject to change without prior notification. Product bundles and pricing may differ for Walk-In and Delivery. Menu may differ at different outlets and on our Online Ordering site. Prices stated on our menus are inclusive of prevailing GST. 

Cancellation

Once an order is placed, no cancellation nor modification is allowed. 1913 Gu Lang Yu is not liable to provide a refund once an order is made and payment has been received. Please make sure that you've carefully read product description before making a purchase.

Payment

Payment can be made by credit or debit card including Master, Masterpass and Visa. Cash payment is accepted only for Walk-in and Takeaway at our outlets. Payment shall be made at the point of order.
